RV PARK STANDARDS

SITE APPEARANCE

Guests are required to keep their site clean and free of clutter. Tarps, hanging clotheslines, laundry, or decorations from trees or camp trailers is not permitted.
No discharge of gray water anywhere in the RV park.

UTILITY HOOKUPS

Only use the specific hookups assigned to your site. Improper or unauthorized connections to water, sewer, or electrical services can result in eviction and fines.
Pine flats does not have a RV dump station.

NO DIGGING OR STRUCTURES

To protect underground utility lines, digging is prohibited. Adding permanent structures, such as decks, fences, or storage sheds, is not allowed.

GUEST CONDUCT

Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., during which loud noises, music, or other disruptive activities are prohibited.
No speeds over 5 MPH, for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and pets.

VISITORS

Day-use is not available.
Existing guests need to inform us if they have a visitor staying over night.

FIREARMS & FIREWORKS

No display or discharge of firearms or fireworks allowed on park premises.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

Illegal drug use or disorderly conduct, including public intoxication, can lead to eviction.

PETS

Pets must remain on a leash no longer than six feet when outside your RV.
You are required to immediately clean up after your pet in the RV park. Failing to do so can result in a fine or removal from the park.
Pets are not to be left tied up or unattended outside.
Excessive barking or animal noise that disturbs other guests is not tolerated and can result in eviction.
Breed restrictions: No aggressive dogs allowed in the RV Park.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUTS

Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

REFUNDS

Cancellation will be fully refunded if made at least 24 hours before arrival—no refunds are available for early departures.

LIABILLITY

Guests assume responsibility for their belongings.
The park is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, or natural causes.
